In order to establish the opportunity and the technical difficulties that can be encountered, we provide feasibility study services to the support of decision-making parties with respect of the development and financing of floating photovoltaic installation projects.

Business Case of floating PV in Cambodia

Combined with a rooftop solar installation, Chip Mong Insee Cement, the site’s owner, have upgraded their water reservoir with a 2.8 MWp floating solar plant to cover the full electricity needs in self-consumption of the cement facility. The project developer, Cleantech Solar, chose Hydrelio® technology to be implemented on the raw water pond and to respond efficiently to the electricity concerns of this energy-intensive activity.
