LISMORE: 100 kWp

Located in Monaltrie, Australia, this 100 kWp floating solar plant is installed on a water treatment reservoir with an area of 41,005 m² (4.1 ha).

The platform is equipped with Classic version of Hydrelio® technology and supports 352 floating solar panels of 72 cells (285W AKCOME standard modules). The total structure represents 0.14 ha.

For this project, Ciel & Terre supervised the engineering of the floating PV system and the anchorage. Our scope included:

• Supply of our Hydrelio® (made in China) and design of the floating platform
• Design and supply of the anchoring solution

Anchored at the bottom of the pond, the anchoring solution has been designed to meet a maximum 20.3 m depth while dealing with a 18-m water level variation.

Lismore’s floating solar plant has been operational since November 2017 and generates green electricity to the local grid.
